Hung-Yang Chen is pursuing a PhD in Human Development and Family Studies at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Her research focuses on how parenting contributes to children’s peer relationships, social-emotional competence, and psychosocial adjustment. She holds a MEd in Educational Psychology and double BEd in Human Development and Family Studies and in Educational Psychology and Counseling from National Taiwan Normal University.
